Full Arch Dental Implants · North Billerica
Full arch dental implants affect how you eat, speak, and feel every day for the rest of your life. At North Billerica Smiles, Dr. Annese and our team treat that decision with the seriousness it deserves. We're committed to a different standard of care than the full arch conveyor belt — a comprehensive evaluation, and an honest conversation about what truly matches your needs long term.
Dr. Annese — Trusted Community Dentist
Full arch treatment is just one chapter. We're not looking for a single procedure — we're looking to earn your trust for a lifetime, from your first cleaning through the decades of care that follow.
Not sure the treatment plan you've been given is right? We're happy to provide a full mouth evaluation and honest second opinion — no obligation.
Not every patient needs full arch. Dr. Annese fully evaluates your mouth and health before recommending any treatment, so the plan we give you is truly right for you.
Our on-site lab, run by two dedicated technicians, handles milling, printing, fabrication, and adjustments right here — giving Dr. Annese direct, hands-on control over your final restoration.
Cheap materials and improperly placed implants can lead to implant failure, bone loss, chronic pain, and costly correction later. As a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Annese has placed thousands of implants and completes more than ten times the continuing education required to maintain his license — because your long-term health is worth more than a shortcut.

Meet Dr. Matthew Annese
Dr. Annese attended Austin Preparatory School before earning an academic scholarship to Tulane University, graduating cum laude with dual majors in Neuroscience and Cell and Molecular Biology while helping New Orleans rebuild after Hurricane Katrina. He went on to Boston University's Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, finishing in the top 10% of his class and receiving the Compassionate Care honor.
A MassPAT scholarship let him provide care to underserved patients in Dorchester before he purchased the Shirley office, creating Nashoba Valley Dental. Today his focus spans implantology — from single implants to All-on-4 and full arch — as well as veneers, smile makeovers, and sedation dentistry. He is frequently invited to lecture and train other doctors around the country, who regularly travel to his office to learn firsthand.
Outside the office, Dr. Annese is a devoted husband and father — coaching his son's t-ball and hockey teams, cheering on his daughter at dance practice, and enjoying skiing and travel with his family.
Your Journey With Us
We start with a full mouth evaluation and honest conversation about what's really going on — not a rushed assessment aimed at a quick sale.
You'll sit down with a coordinator who walks you through every option, what to expect, and how financing works — at your pace, with no pressure.
Dr. Annese personally reviews your case, answers your questions, and begins building the relationship that will guide your care for years to come.
If full arch is the right path, your treatment is planned with an emphasis on doing it right — quality materials, precise placement, built for the long term, not for speed.
Full arch is the beginning of a relationship, not the end of one. We're here for your ongoing dental health long after your restoration is complete.
